  Had an eye test and new spec's 6 months ago. Have been back here twice as there was something wrong and they couldn't figure out what, went to the Manchester Arndale branch and they had completely over prescribed my left eye, they relensed them and have had no problems since. Only took 3 months to get it sorted. Didn't get a sincere apology or any kind of discount and had a twenty minute debate about whether or not I was due a refund on an upsell that wasn't suitable for my correct prescription. Considering going to a private optician next time.
